Job Title: Landscape Crewleader

Specific Job Goals:

To install hardscapes and plantings that exceed the quality standards established by GreenScapes and to expertly complete the job within the hours allotted.Oversee and maintain all landscape equipment, 100% completion of assigned daily tasks, maintain valid Ohio Drivers License and remain in good standing with the BMV, Insure proper use and care of all company equipment, tools and supplies through training of your crew. You will be responsible for training your Assistant Crewleader; training crewmembers on proper planting, mulching, staking, plant care/handling techniques as well as paver patio construction. You will also be expected to train on equipment safety. As crewleader, you will handle on the spot customer concerns, perform snow removal services when needed, assist with the discipline issues within the crew, and all other duties as assigned.

Job Title: Assistant Landscape Crewleader

Specific Job Goals: To assist the Crewleader in any way possible to ensure a quality job is completed in the allotted hours. To learn everything required for promotion to crewleader.Perform proper landscape installation practices, including planting, mulching, staking, paver patio installation, plant care/handling techniques and equipment safety. You are expected to adhere to GreenScapes Safety Policies and Procedures, and will be trained on safe equipment operation before you are authorized to use the equipment. You are responsible for using company equipment and tools with care. You are responsible for immediately reporting any injuries or accidents to your supervisor and completing the proper documentation. You will report any equipment damages or repair request to your supervisor, and maintain a valid Ohio Driver’s License (keep in good standing with the BMV), help to train crewmembers on proper installation and safety techniques. You are expected to assume Crewleader duties as needed, and will lead the crew in the Crewleaders absence.

Job Title: Design/Sales

Responsibilities: (tools, paperwork, productivity, etc.):

Commercial design and assisting of other designers, design support, provide occaisional estimating assistance, marketing and production support, graphics CAD, Slice bid preparation, create design/build opportunities, be a productive and active team member of the design/ sales department, complete all projects and tasks in a timely manner, keep workplace in order .
